Bluegrass Orthopaedics & Hand Care is enhanced with on site diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Essentially patients are offered four businesses under one roof- physician medical office, physical therapy, MRI services and outpatient surgery. All of our physicians and physician assistants are professionally trained and are board eligible/certified.

With more than 25 years of experience in upper extremity care, Laura has dedicated her career to helping patients get back to what moves them. From earning both her BSN and MSN at the University of Kentucky to working alongside some of the region’s leading hand specialists, she brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and experience to every patient interaction.
Laura works closely with Dr. Favetto to provide expert hand and upper extremity care right here in Central Kentucky. We’re proud to have Laura as part of the Bluegrass Orthopaedics team. 💙
