🔥 PRERELEASE UPDATE! 🔥
After talking to FIVE different managers and making more phone calls than I care to count, we finally got the answer we needed.
The good news? The boxes with the prerelease kits are officially out for delivery and headed our way! Only one package is still delayed in Columbia, but it doesn’t affect tonight’s event.
Marvel Prerelease is ON! 🎉
To everyone who was sending good vibes, prayers, and crossing their fingers for us today… it worked. 😎

UPS dropped the ball and our Marvel Pre-Release shipment is currently stuck at a hub in Tennessee, about 3 hours away. I’m waiting on a manager to call me back and hopefully approve me to pick it up directly so we can still make tonight happen.
We’ve put a lot of work into getting this event ready, and I’m not giving up on it yet. As soon as I know something, I’ll update everyone. Keep your fingers crossed, send some good vibes, and hopefully we’ll be cracking packs together tonight.

After FNM wraps up, and I are loading up and heading to Johnson City for a full weekend at the Johnson City Mall. Saturday and Sunday we’ll be set up alongside our friend , buying collections, making deals, hunting grails, and bringing that Ready Set Sort energy wherever we go.
Some people spend weekends relaxing. We spend ours building the community, shaking hands, and moving the chains.

It truly saddens me to have to make this post.
Effective immediately, Ready Set Sort will no longer be providing food for players on Friday nights. Over the years, we’ve tried to do little things to give back to the community that has supported us, and providing food was one of those ways.
Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that some individuals have been participating without paying their entry fees. For a small local business, those fees help cover the costs of running events, prizes, staffing, and yes, even the food we provide. When people choose not to pay, it hurts our ability to continue doing those extra things for everyone.
What’s most disappointing is that this decision affects the many honest players who do pay their entry fees and support the store week after week. To those people, I’m sorry.
We’ve always tried to build a community that looks out for one another and supports local gaming. Hopefully, in the future, we’ll be able to bring back some of these extras. Until then, we appreciate those of you who continue to support us and help keep this community strong.

One of the coolest things about building this community isn’t the cards, the shows, or the streams—it’s the people.
Today, a couple from our local and Whatnot community surprised me with a handmade Charizard poster created entirely from Pokémon Energy cards. The amount of time, creativity, and thought that went into it honestly blew me away.
It’s hanging on the wall at Ready Set Sort now, and every time I look at it, I’ll be reminded that what we’re building here is bigger than a card shop. Thank you both for such an incredible gift and for being part of this amazing community. ❤️🔥
This weekends was a MOVIE.
From Magic: The Gathering to Pokémon, Lorcana, video games, a signed Mike Tyson glove, serialized Michael Jordan Tune Squad cards — the pickups, pack rips, grails hit, bought, sold, and traded were nonstop.
Collectors Jam was epiiiiiic… then we came riding back and jumped straight into another crazy Whatnot stream that went all the way to 2 AM.
No sleep. All gas. Always forward momentum.
