My name is Deborah Whatley and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Lexington, SC. My primary focus is psychiatric medication management in adults aged 18+. Your initial consult and assessment are in person at my office at 130 Whiteford Way in Lexington SC 29072. Follow up appointments can be virtual depending on your plan of care. I can take referrals from your primary care provider, your therapist or self-referral . I am nit accepting insurance at this time but can superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.
