Yes, yes, and more yes! Get your babies worked on ❤️. Highly recommend Kaylin with Nurtured Roots!

Imagine how you feel after along car nap.
Your neck was bent in a wonky way for several hours.
You arrive at your destination.
You stand up and stretch as high as you can.
You twist your hips.
You roll your neck.
Maybe a friend rubs your shoulders.
It takes a while, but you start to feel better.

Now imagine you’re a baby again.
You spend months with your head in your mamas hip.
You are curled up tight.
You’re trying to navigate your way out of here.
But the space is tight.
Mom’s pelvis and abdomen hold stories of their own.
When it’s finally time, you don’t have much choice.
Her body is squeezing you so hard.
And you just barrel through.
When you arrive you cry and cry.
You try to tell them about your neck.
About your crunchy shoulders.
About your tight hips.
But nobody knows what to do.
So you fuss at the breast.
It is hard for you to latch.
Because it’s all so tight.

That’s what I’m here for.
I come to you.
I listen to mom’s story.
I listen to baby’s body.
I lay hands and they unwind.
They release together.
I teach you what to do to help when I’m not there.
I give you tools to learn these skills yourself.

And suddenly that tight little baby is a noodle on the bed. His body relaxes and nursing feels much more possible now. ❤️

Babies need bodywork that addresses the whole picture. Once upon a time this knowledge was passed down from one generation to the to the next. We don’t have that anymore, but I really am happy to teach you.

Relief floods in.
Tears slow.
Breath steadies.
And in her arms,
the reason it was all worth it.

🌟 The Beauty of Patience 🌟

This mama’s birth story is a powerful reminder of the incredible design of birth and the beauty of patience. Her baby arrived with a short cord, and instead of rushing, she waited. She waited until the cord turned white, limp, and stopped pulsing—a sign that her little one had received every last drop of what was needed.

Once it was time, Dad cut the cord, and she was finally able to bring her baby higher onto her chest. That moment? Pure magic.

This is what honoring the process looks like. This is the strength of a mama who trusts the timing, the connection, and the miracle of birth.

📸 Documenting moments like this is such a gift, and I’m so grateful to capture these memories that tell the story of love, patience, and connection.
