CrossFit Conductor
If you’re 35+ and doing CrossFit, you already know the deal…
You’re not trying to “take it easy.”
You still want to lift heavy, move fast, and compete.
But there’s one problem:
Your body doesn’t always recover like it used to.
That shoulder that always talks back on pressing days
Elbows that flare up during pull-ups or barbell cycling
Knees that get cranky after squats or box jumps
Something that’s always just a little off
You can train through it… until you can’t.
That’s why we partnered with LYV Peptides.

Ran into someone really special this weekend.
This is me with Dyer — he’s 95 now. He started training with me when he was 80 in an old dirty warehouse with no heat or A/C. He showed up with more grit and consistency than most people half his age.
In the beginning, I was afraid I was going to kill him. Then when I found out I wasn’t going to, I tried to, but that old guy kept plugg’in along.
I haven’t seen him in over 12 years. Honestly I didn’t think he was still alive. Then my wife and I randomly bumped into him Saturday night at dinner. Same guy. Still active. Still moving. Still doing life the right way.
It’s easy to think fitness is about short-term goals, but this is what it’s really about — staying strong, capable, and independent for as long as possible.
Dyer’s proof: it’s never too late, and it always matters.
People won’t buy what they don’t know or understand.
😐
The biggest challenge is getting people past what they think CrossFit is to know what it actually is.
🤔
What they think it is:
Injuries
Tire Flipping
Bulking Up
😢
What it is:
Challenging
Rewarding
Effective
Supportive
😀💪
