Congratulations to Backroads of Appalachia for a successful, first day trial run opening! We are looking forward to much to come in the future!

It begins with a vision. Clay County leaders are stepping up, leading forward, and creating a new future of recovery. This community didn't just accept negative media and despair. Stepping up in solidarity, community leaders joined, supported by a robust public participation process, to chart a new path and a new future. A part of this process includes a project to create new public spaces on Bridge Street, along with the development of a new business and entertainment district. Manchester is on the move!
