💚 PTSD healing doesn’t happen all at once — and that’s okay.
During PTSD Awareness Month, we want to remind anyone struggling that recovery is not about “getting over it” quickly. Healing takes time, patience, support, and compassion for yourself along the way.
Some days may feel heavier than others. Progress may come in small steps. But every step forward matters.
You are not weak for needing help. You are human. And you deserve support, safety, and the opportunity to heal at your own pace.
