Come out and push yourself to your limits. Running consistently can help you improve your ACFT 2-mile run.
Did you know that the ACFT, consist of multiple events including the 2-mile run which must be completed around 21 minutes to pass. Can you do it?
Come out and push your self as the Dam is a little over 2 miles.
