Head to the Battle Green in Lexington center this evening for a reading of the Declaration of Independence in celebration of the 250th anniversary of the first reading of the historic document. Members of the Lexington Minutemen participated in this year's Battle of Gloucester Reenactment. The battle was one of the first naval engagements of the American Revolution, and was a key part of the Continental Congress' decision to create the US Navy.
