Part Time Regional Property Manager

Approx 9am - 1pm, M-F.

Small office near Tates Creek and New Circle.

Job includes computer, analytical, people skills, and problem solving. We are looking for someone with integrity, maturity, and strong computer skills.

Duties include: rent tracking, collections, advertising and Facebook marketing homes and properties, lease prep, Google sheets/docs, report generating, problem solving, scanning and filing, evictions, getting subcontractor bids, coordinating with on site managers and walking the properties.

Property management experience and proficiency with Rent Manager or AppFolio a big plus !

$14 per hour plus bonus. Expected combined to total $16-$18 per hour.
