Lentil and carrot shawarma flat tacos with a tajin tzatziki sauce. Fiber and tasted good.

Stuck inside for "the big winter storm". So. We made the most out of it. Pork and noodle soup featuring slow cooker rib meat and uncured smoked bacon. My noodle machine broke, but after I had already made the dough so the noodles were hand made. Topped with bok choy, cilantro, jalapenos, and green onions.

Sundays are one of my favorite days.

Bean, jalapeno, cheese fried up quesadilla style then folded taco style and topped with cilantro, arugula, avocado. 🔥

Lions Mane Mediterranean platter. The stars of the show really where the lions Mane and hummus made from Naked Pea Protein and Dan O's. I call it peamus. The name is fine, and doesn't sound in anyway like something else.
