Biden's call for an immediate oil reserve release in response to OPEC+ decrease in oil production in my opinion, is the result of a lack of situational awareness. With the war between Russia & Ukraine, and Russia's threat to use nuclear weapons is an unstable situation for American tactical and strategic interests. If we release our oil reserves now, and we end up getting pulled into a military conflict and oil resources become destroyed, the world's greatest military would be immobile because we used our emergency oil reserves for a non-emergent issue. Not a good consideration, Sir.

And none of what was just said takes the current China situation into consideration. The tensions with China are at an all time high, and escalating faster than ever seen before.

prices, in truth, it is Biden's and the Congressional Democratic policies of banning US Oil Companies from searching for and acquiring US Oil, becoming again dependent upon Russian oil, and realizing that the banning of Russian Oil has a direct impact on US supplies. And they want to blame someone other than themselves. This, my friends, is the taproot of the problems in our country today, failure to take responsibility for our own actions, and blame others for the resulting mess, and rationalizing that our proposed response will solve the problem when in reality we will compound the problem and make it worse.
