Mental Health Monday đź§

Mental Health Monday🚨🚑

Every call leaves an impact.

First responders face situations that most people will never experience, often multiple times in a single shift. While resilience is built through training and experience, mental wellness requires the same attention and care as physical health.

A recent Mental Wellness Symposium hosted by the First Responder Center for Excellence and the University of Iowa brought together experts from across the country to discuss trauma, resilience, and practical strategies to support those who serve on the front lines every day.

This Mental Health Monday, take a moment to check in with yourself and those around you. Building a culture where conversations about mental wellness are encouraged can make a difference for individuals, teams, and the communities they serve.
