The Adult Learning Center provides free instruction in reading, writing, math, and the English language to help adults (16 years or older) obtain their GED and transition into college and/or career.

Try-It Tuesday:
Find the area of a rectangle that is 6m long and 8m wide.
a. First, write the formula needed
b. Next, replace the variables with the given measurements.
c. Simplify and write the answer, including the correct units.
