Due to a upcoming medical need, we will be closed Tuesday May 6th and Wednesday May 7th, also the following Tuesday and Wednesday, the 13th and 14th. This will be an odd post for us…

It has come to my attention of the disgusting nature of Facebook posts and the platform that it allows for bullying and degrading of people and businesses. There is so much hate and turmoil in this world these days, to use social media to slam people and businesses that are trying everyday to just do their jobs and make a income is sad. We would appreciate it if anyone has a issue with us as a human or the business itself to please speak to us in person. This world in general needs to reset and realize that anxiety, su***de and mental problems could all be improved by us just talking and respecting one another rather then slandering, bullying and hating each other. I’m sorry to hear how some people hate us and would truly like to express how grateful we are to everyone that respects and appreciates us. We are all just trying in this world, remember we are all human. Thank you from the styling dog crew.

In response to some concerned customers about the new dog virus. We did talk to the Maine State Veterinarian and she says it currently seems like a strain of a very common virus called kennel cough (research still ongoing), if your dog has this NEW virus it is very fast paced and symptoms show in a few days. If your dog is coughing, blowing snot or muscus or just seems very lethargic, We ask that you DO NOT bring them in. Get in contact with your vet immediately or contact the Strawberry Ave Emergency Clinic, if your vet is closed for information and care. It is either bacterial or viral so it is hard to disinfect the shop to prevent it from spreading. We decided to do our own research rather then rely on social media for this information.

In accordance to the shelter in place regulations we will have to remain closed for the day. Friday 10-27. We will reschedule as soon the authorities allow us to get back to work. Prayers and thoughts for the families during this tragic time.
