How could the Riverfront in the Twin Cities improve? Please share your views in this important survey that helps business be accountable to community: https://lewistonfalls.brookfieldusprojects.com/
SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT LEWISTON'S RIVERFRONT! Have you recently visited Lewiston’s Riverfront? Maybe you participated at Riverfest, enjoyed a beverage at the Brewfest, or celebrated the fourth of July along the river. Maybe you visited the area to paddle or fish or enjoyed walking along the trails or running with your dog. Maybe you came to view the falls or spend time visiting the memorials in Veterans Park. Whether it be Simard-Payne Park, Sunnyside Park, Veterans Memorial Park, David Rancourt River Preserve, or the Androscoggin Riverside Trail, all of these areas are an important part of making the city’s riverfront a desirable location to work, live, and play.
Brookfield White Pine Hydro, LLC’s (BWPH) is pursuing a new license for the Lewiston Falls Project from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). As part of that relicensing process, BWPH is conducting a Recreation Study about these areas and others as part of the relicensing.
If you would like to participate in the study, please visit https://lewistonfalls.brookfieldusprojects.com/ to take a brief survey intended to gather information about recreational use at or near the Project.
