𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
- Educating and Explaining Insurance related topics to potential clients
- Developing recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and helping them enroll into the plans of their choice.
- Using software programs to help prospects enroll and to manage client data.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱:
- Friendly and Personable individual who enjoys working with people in person and over the phone.
- Desire to learn and grow their skills and knowledge daily.
-Coachable and willing to follow directions to best serve our clients.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
* Pay is monthly based upon performance. It is a career type position for the right person and ranges between $50k - $100k per year. Your effort will directly affect your reward. This position does not require a degree. Due to the in depth on-the-job training in our office, you only need a great attitude, work ethic and willingness to be coached to be a perfect fit.
