Join Heidi every Tuesday at 12:05 PM for Gentle Hatha Vinyasa, a welcoming midday practice designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

This class combines the grounding postures of Hatha yoga with the gentle flow of Vinyasa, creating a practice that builds strength, improves flexibility, and encourages mindful movement at a comfortable pace. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to your mat, or looking for a slower, more intentional flow, this class offers space to move, breathe, and unwind.
