Today, we're celebrating a very special milestone—10 years with Troy Insurance for our agency co-owner and commercial agent, Amanda!
For the past decade, Amanda has poured her heart into serving our clients, supporting our team, and helping make Troy Insurance what it is today. For the last two years, she's also served as a managing co-owner, helping lead our agency with dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Amanda has a truly heart of gold.

She's the first to go the extra mile, whether it's for a client, a coworker, or our community. Her hard work, kindness, and generosity never go unnoticed. In fact, she's famous around here for being the most thoughtful gift-giver, so today it was our turn to spoil her a little!

Amanda, thank you for 10 incredible years of service, leadership, and friendship. We're grateful for you every day and can't wait to see what the next chapter brings!

As we celebrate the 4th of July, our office will be closing at 4:00 PM today (07/02) and will be closed Friday, July 3rd. We will reopen and return to normal business hours on Monday, July 6th

🎆 Leave fireworks to the professionals whenever possible. If you choose to use legal consumer fireworks, keep water nearby and never relight a firework that didn't go off properly.
🔥 Be grill-safe. Keep grills away from homes, decks, and dry grass, and never leave a grill unattended while cooking.
The days around Independence Day are some of the busiest claim days of the year, so a little extra caution can go a long way toward keeping your holiday memorable for the right reasons.

Yesterday marked a very special milestone for someone who means so much to our Troy Insurance Agency family — Sarah’s 6th anniversary with us!
While she’s currently enjoying a well-deserved two-week vacation, we couldn’t let this moment pass without recognizing everything she brings to our team.
Sarah is cross-trained in health and personal lines, making her an incredibly versatile and valuable part of our agency. More importantly, she’s someone who truly cares for our clients, always going the extra mile to make sure they feel supported and taken care of.

Behind the scenes, Sarah is just as impactful — she’s always willing to step up without hesitation, lend a hand to her teammates, and do whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly. Her dedication, positivity, and team-first attitude do not go unnoticed.
