We are thrilled to welcome Sylvia Byrd-Leitner to Right Balance Pilates for a special weekend of continuing education, movement, and inspiration.

As one of the original Balanced Body educators and a leader in Pilates education for nearly 20 years, Sylvia has inspired thousands of instructors and movers through her knowledge, passion, and belief that Pilates is truly for every body.

While many people are familiar with the Reformer, Pilates is an entire movement system. Through workshops exploring the Cadillac, Tower, Trapeze, and other apparatus, Sylvia will share new perspectives on movement, teaching, and the depth of the Pilates method.

As Delaware's only state-licensed Pilates education center, Right Balance Pilates is proud to bring nationally respected educators to our community and continue raising the standard for Pilates education across Delmarva.
