Here’s a project in Seaford DE, that was done a few months ago that I forgot to post.
The garage was completely full of personal items that we helped the homeowner go through. Decide what to keep at what to discard.
The roof was leaking and needed to be completely replaced all new plywood, facia, soffit and flashing around the chimney. New rafters in some spots also. Remove the old beam in the garage. Replaced with a triple LVL. Doubled the framing on the inside walls to help with structural issues new drywall on the ceiling with a tape coat and insulation. New gutters were installed along with reframed the sliding glass door to add a garage door…

Wrapped this pavilion in cedar for the client to have a small get together this coming weekend. While the landscaping/paver crew was hard at work with some finishing touches.
