A recent graduate of Kansas State University, Tayler supports our distribution, operations, and marketing teams through research, data analysis, and project support. Having previously interned with TIP, we're excited to officially welcome him back to the team and look forward to seeing his continued growth and contributions.

Outside of work, you can find him watching just about any baseball or basketball game. He’s the oldest of five siblings, which helps bring patience, perspective, and a collaborative mindset to everything he does.

Lindsey works closely with our consultants and carrier teams to gather plan options and develop materials that support a more comprehensive and thoughtful approach to executive benefit solutions. Her work plays an important role in helping our team and broker partners present options clearly and confidently to their clients.

Her attention to detail and organization help keep everything moving forward and ensure a consistent and seamless experience throughout the marketing process. She values the supportive and collaborative environment the team has built at TIP.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and two kids—often camping, heading to the lake or 4-wheeling on their land. She’s always up for a good adventure too, including skydiving!
