The Sunray 109 is a super lightweight (1300lbs) trailer that can be pulled by almost anything. Perfect for Wranglers, Subarus and other vehicle with a low (2000 lb) tow capacity.

These are fun units with a rear kitchen and onboard water, propane, water heater, heater, power, solar, awning and AC. All the things we think you would need for a fun weekend trip.

We have outfitted these to primarily be off grid campers with larger tires and ease of trailering, these little guys can take you farther than most while still having the security of a camp trailer.

Need to sleep more to 2? No problem we can add an RTT on top to fit the kids.

These units will be fully stocked with camping gear and, as always, we can customize the pack out for your needs.

Not your typical Scout trailer. This one has been fully built out for efficient operation and convenience. This Smittybilt SCOUT trailer features independent suspension with dual shocks for easy overlanding and a load capacity of 1763 lbs. there is a secure inside sealed compartment measuring a spacious 47 x 44 x 21, so you’ll spend less time packing and your equipment will stay dry and safe.

We took the off-road capabilities of the SCOUT and then custom-outfitted it to include the necessities and some niceties too, while also reducing setup time by planning all systems to be always ready to go. From propane and water to electrical. This is a tried and true private upper RTT and lower annex tent set-up with separate awning and screen room, perfect for your overlanding adventures.

Some of the custom-build highlights include the following:
• We did not just add a bumper for the spare. This is a custom rear spare tire carrier and jack mounts which supports the rear door, with easy locking and function. This not only created a stronger box, it keeps the departure angle correct.
• Custom belly slung battery compartment with skid plates and battery heaters to allow you to use LiFePo4 batteries all year long.
• ARC off-road tongue jack. Lifts and pivots to keep out of harm's way while off-road.
• An onboard 12v pressurized water system (20 gal capacity) with tank heater to protect from freezing.
• On-demand water heater/shower with extra outlets to use water where you want.
• Full-size kitchen slide with 2 burner stove and fixed water and sink always hooked up and ready.
• Onboard propane and regulator with extra outlet for BBQ or griddle.
• 12 Volt 100 AmpHr battery LiFEPo4 setup with 100-watt fixed solar set-up
• Dual switched Interior lighting in all compartments on when the doors open and a bypass for each compartment
• Full power to the tent, including chargers, power outlet and tent lighting.
• 30amp DC to DC solar controller/charger charges via solar and by vehicle to keep the batteries full at all times (required factory 7-pin RV connector to charge while driving).
• Battery monitoring via Bluetooth.
• Portable solar panel that plugs into the system to chase the sun while camping.
• Thermostat controlled powered ventilation to avoid overheating in the compartments.
• Onboard continuous duty air compressor. For airing up your tires or blowing the dust off after a trail ride.
• USB ports to charge accessories.
• Power port for fridge in Back
• 56qt fridge freezer on slide out.
• XL Rooftop tent sleeps 3-4 (king sized bed).
