Were you up past your child’s bedtime last night?? Getting back on track can sometimes be as easy as putting your baby or child to sleep at their typical schedule. Other times they are overtired, jet-lagged, or used to sharing a room with parents for a week or more!

When these things are at play then a reset is needed. This comes up often with my clients too so I decided to create a post travel reset guide to get your kiddo back on track. It has all the tips you need for how to get back to smooth bedtimes and later mornings with your baby or child.

This week I’m wrapping up a full client roster over here at with 8 new families this month and some really special check-ins with my one-year sleep support clients 💤

Getting to watch families go from exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning everything…to confident, rested, and actually enjoying bedtime again will never get old.

Some of my favorite stories this month have been hearing:

✨ “We finally have our evenings back.”
✨ “My toddler is sleeping through the night and waking up happy.”
✨ “I feel like myself again.”
✨ “We can actually make plans without worrying about naps.”

Sleep support is never just about sleep! It creates space for calmer mornings, stronger relationships, more patience, and parents who feel like they can breathe again.

If you’ve been wondering whether things can get better, they can. And you do not have to figure it out alone.

I’m now booking for May sleep support, and I’d love to help your family create smoother bedtimes, better nights, and later mornings.

Send me a DM with MAY or click the link in my bio to book your discovery call 🤍

In today’s guest blog, perinatal and couples therapist Jacqueline Laurenzi Counseling shares something so many parents feel, but don’t always say out loud:

When sleep improves, space opens up.

Space to talk.
Space to reconnect.
Space to feel like yourselves again.

Because when you’re no longer surviving broken nights, you have the capacity to show up differently for your partner, your family, and yourself.

With a background in perinatal mental health and couples counseling, Jackie supports families through the emotional transitions of parenthood & helping them rebuild connection during seasons that can feel overwhelming.

And what we both see, over and over again, is this:

Better sleep doesn’t just change your child’s nights… it can change your relationship.

✨ more meaningful conversations
✨ more patience
✨ more connection

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.

If you’re ready for better sleep and more connection at home, you’re in the right place. 🤍
