To honor the roots of their friendship, which formed years earlier on the amateur baseball diamonds of Central Pennsylvania, they named the band “Intentional Walk.” Taking advantage of Joe’s strong military ties, the two hit the military social club circuit. In January, the duo became a trio with the addition of longtime area musician and bass player Bob Bechtel. Since then, Intentional Walk has played taverns, social clubs, weddings and other private gigs. Recently Max Naylor was added to the group adding more depth and variety to the sound. 2023 saw the band nominated for a CPMA solidifying their position as premiere PA band. Musically, Intentional Walk swerves in and out of various musical lanes from classic rock to modern folk, country, and bluegrass. Book us to play your next event! Pricing is flexible.
