Little throwback to when we first got the Haas into the shop. We spent about a week going through it, leveling it, cleaning it out, and making sure everything was in good shape before we actually started cutting parts on it. After we got it baselined, it was time to add the 20 tool tool changer – and put it to work!

Sometimes it’s the little things.
Like fine tuning laser settings to maintain visibility while not fully breaking through the powder coat, ensuring the parts won’t corrode.

Just so we can embed a QR code with the install instructions into the part.
