Drawing a Day #3 - Cherries at the Worship Workshop

I am going to try doing a drawing a day this summer. Here is number 1!

Ready for Rev. Dr. Tex Sample to preach Kansas City Campus Community Chapel. The altar covered in Saint Paul blue features a braid of blue and white surrounding the Christ candle symbolizing the multiple avenues of coming to know the Holy. Dr. Sample will be preaching on the need for training in addition to education in Christian formation.

Tuesday's chapel - Time to Engage: Spirit & Truth. The altar features a rough wooden cross and burlap interacting with shiny blue and bright white organza representing the everyday stuff and Holiness coming together in the Christ.

Time to get ready for fall!
