Piranha Pools

Piranha Pools is in search of a professional who has strong work ethics, is detail oriented, can learn quickly and work independently all while having initiative and being a team player. One who can follow company policies, procedures, and present themselves professionally to customers, suppliers and other employees. Must have a clean-cut appearance with a positive, energetic attitude. Must be a responsible, dependable, hard worker, who is self-motivated, honest, loyal and believes in providing outstanding customer service.

Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills are required. A clean driving record and all proper documentation for employment are needed. A background and drug test may be required.

As a service technician, you will show up on time and successfully complete a list of daily assignments including cleaning and maintenance of customer's swimming pools. You will keep accurate records of all pool water chemistry levels and maintenance actions. You will begin and complete your route in Leander. All technicians, whether coming in with prior experience or not, will be thoroughly trained on the proper operation of pool circulation systems, chemical management, water quality management and the expectations for cleaning of the pools.

You will train with a Senior Tech until quality of work is achieved. You will clean, brush, net, vacuum, balance water with proper chemicals and check equipment. You will ensure the customer’s pool is in excellent condition before leaving. You will then have a 20+ pool route/week and ensure the customer’s pool is in excellent condition before leaving. You will work in the heat of the summer to the cold of the winter. Must be in physically fit condition with the ability to carry 50+ lbs.

Prior experience of pool chemistry and pool equipment is highly desirable. Must have reliable transportation. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus. An Appliance Installer's License would be ideal. Must be able to swim and to distinguish colors.
