Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Insurance Agency team as a Trainee Insurance Agent. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and understand different types of insurance policies.
- Assist clients with their insurance needs via phone, email, or in-person.
- Process insurance applications and handle policy renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database.
- Attend training sessions and study materials provided by the company.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

- Being licensed is not necessary but always a plus. No prior experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
