We are the ONLY American Strongman Corporation affiliate gym in Texas, and home to the world-famous PRISM Strongman Saturday! Strongman truly is for everybody, and we epitomize that here at PRISM. As always, Strongman Saturday is ONLY $5 and open to everybody, of all ability levels! Stones, yokes, logs, axles, sandbags, truck pulls, circus dumbbells, you name it, we have it!
Just a reminder - Strongman 101 will be TODAY, Thursday, at 8pm, not tomorrow, due to a gym event.
