Jannett and Craig were adamant to find their forever home this year! It took many 3 hour drives to Lampasas and back, and three tough offers to get to the finish line.
OFFER #1: The seller suddenly upped the price of the home, after everyone fell in love with it. It was a very discouraging start!
OFFER #2: Our offer was accepted, and we made it all the way to inspection- where things took a turn. The inspection revealed some pretty serious issues which were just not being satisfied in negotiations. We had to leave the table losing option money, inspection money and a lot of heart!

Two days later we were back on the road and then came

OFFER #3: Accepted! Closed today!

The third house was actually the nicest, and it just proved to me that sometimes, somethings are just meant to be. yay.

The lovely Rhonda came through a referral from her church to me to help her sell her home. She had it on the market a few months ago and even half-moved to Bryan to be with her family- when it had NO traction and didn’t sell she left everything and returned.

With her life half in and out of boxes, when we met, I told her I would try my very best to help her. This happy tale ended with her home under contract in 18 days and closed in 30! She will be moving in the middle of August and using the proceeds of her purchase to get a brand new home close to her two sisters! In the process I have gained a new friend and the knowledge of how to make fig jam ❤️
