roles across the Texas Legislature, including serving as Chief of Staff in the Texas House, as well as positions in the Texas Senate and the Office of the Governor. He has helped develop public policy, guide legislative strategy, and support elected officials at the highest levels of state government. Travis previously served as Political Director of the Republican Party of Texas, where he led statewide political operations, candidate recruitment, and grassroots engagement efforts. During his tenure, Republicans secured and expanded historic majorities, including the only Republican supermajority in the Texas House. In addition to his public service, Travis is the founder of Griffin & Associates, a consulting firm providing campaign strategy, communications, and grassroots mobilization services to candidates, organizations, and advocacy efforts across Texas. Today, Travis remains focused on electing strong Republican leaders, strengthening grassroots networks, and helping build a more effective, unified conservative movement—from the courthouse to the White House. He lives in Leander, Texas with his wife Jenny and their three children.
