Born in Pasadena, Texas in ‘94, Bush grew up amidst the sounds of his idols Keith Whitley, Daryle Singletary, George Jones, Tim McGraw, and countless other 90’s era pioneers. Following high school, Bush joined the United States Army Reserves and served at Ellington Field in Webster, Tx. Since his debut EP in 2016, Jake has released a sophomore EP “How Do You Know” which the title track climbed to #29 on the Texas Regional Radio Report to settle as his first top 30 Debut single. Bush soon followed that single with a heartfelt story about his childhood home in “If These Walls Could Talk”. Bush topped the charts at #24, this heart-aching tune tugged at the heartstrings of people all over the world. Jake released his first 7 song Album named simply enough “7” October ‘20, the year of the Coronavirus Pandemic. After a rocket fueled 21 week run on the Texas Regional Radio Report, Bush earned his very first #1 in Texas. His second release off of “7” is “Better By The Beer”, and after 20 powerful weeks, Bush earned his 2nd Consecutive #1 on the Texas Regional Radio Report. On February 11th 2022, Jake received his 3rd #1 for “If You Ever Get Lonely” after a 32 week run on the Texas Radio Charts. Jake made a powerful impact on the Texas Music Scene with 3 back to back #1 hits off of one record created during the most difficult time for musicians. February of 2022, Bush released his newest album “Where 90’s Meets Now”. Filled with the sounds of 90’s era heartbreak songs about leaving and beautiful cowgirl melodies, this album has grabbed the attention of listeners all over the United States and beyond. Jake released “Tractor Town” as his first single and it forced listeners all over Texas to hit the dance floors and spin this song all the way to #1 after 22 weeks to make this Bush’s 4th Consecutive #1 song.
