If you are currently taking a GLP 1 and noticing acid reflux, stomach discomfort, or pelvic pain, look into cooling, mucilaginous herbs like slippery elm bark or marshmallow root. These herbs help to cool and protect the esophagus and stomach.

Ratio: 1 tablespoon of dried herb to 1 cup of cool water. Let steep for 4 to 6 hours in the frig and drink daily. Can increase to 4 cups of cold tea daily if needed.
