Our animal hospital has been welcoming dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small mammals as well as birds and reptiles from Laurel and surrounding areas since 1988. We’re committed to helping your pet down the road to wellness while providing you with the necessary information to best care for him at home. It is with great sadness, after 34 years of caring for animals; we are announcing the Closure of Lakeside Veterinary Center effective December 31, 2022. Dr. Rhody will be retiring to deal with ongoing health issues and also spend more time with his family. We are very blessed and thankful for all the years with our wonderful clients and their pets and will miss you. Dr. Rhody, Dr. Daniella and Dr. Craton (relief vet) will still be seeing patients through the month of December. Please let us know if you have any questions and we will do our best to help.

THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE!!! Please help us feed the cats of less fortunately families in our community this Thanksgiving. Either purchase and drop off food at our food bank donation bin (1200 Sandy Spring Road - back side of the building facing the cemetery) or simply order from on of our on-line wish lists. We especially need canned food and clumping clay litter. Thank you!
