We are happy to share in M&T Bank's support for Hispanic Heritage Month as they spotlight our very own Alejandro "Alex" Sanchez!

M&T customer, Alejandro Sanchez, founded SECON-DELTA, LLC., with his friend Gregory Duane Shepherd back in the summer of 2008. Both veterans, they found their way to Maryland after proudly serving in the Navy. Their vision was to create a workplace that inspires and fosters employees to become the best IT professionals possible and provide the best IT consulting services to its customers. Since inception, SECON-DELTA is proud to be a minority-owned small business that has employed a team of diverse individuals, while providing top-quality IT services at the Federal, State, and Local government levels.

In late 2018, SECON-DELTA suffered a huge loss when Gregory lost a two-year battle with cancer leaving Mr. Sanchez to continue the company’s established legacy on his own. Alejandro quickly learned the necessary skills to carry the company forward. Today, SECON-DELTA is thriving, and Alejandro is proud to be a Hispanic-owned small business serving the Maryland area.
