Great form and positioning. Elbows locked and use
your body to give compressions.
Maintain a straight back and shoulders directly above your hands. Push down on the chest for at least 2 inches (Adult and child). When performing compressions, use your entire body weight (not just your arms).
I find out a lot of my students have trouble with positioning and tire early. Instead of locking their elbow and using their body to go in with a compression, they tend to bobble and use just their arm, which will make you extremely tired quickly.
