The founder of Family in Distress envisioned a place where people could seek comfort and caring beyond the traditional boundaries of shame, or distress. The resources offered address life’s many challenges, ranging from support for cancer survivors and their families, encouraging and caring for the homeless, and working with and providing for individuals and families during times they cannot otherwise provide for themselves.
