Learning to appreciate something we all take for granted. Breath….as I am transitioning and traveling back and forth, saying goodbye and hello to everyone I am moving away from and towards….my emotions have been a lot to taken AND appreciate. I’m in awe every single day!
Breathing with intention has been a tremendous help in keeping me grounded in what is in front of me now, in the present moment. So when things start to feel overwhelming I invite you to breathe. 🙏

For years, you’ve known me as April J Hair Design.

That name held my craft, my growth, and the trust of every person who sat in my chair during seasons of change.

But over time, it became clear:

What I offer has never been just hair.

It’s about identity.
It’s about nervous system safety.
It’s about dismantling old narratives.
It’s about returning to self.

As I relocate to Latham, I am stepping fully into what this work has always been becoming.

This isn’t a departure from my foundation.
It’s an evolution of it.

5th- 2pm haircut
6th- 1pm haircut
12th- 12:30pm will have time for color and cut, 4pm haircut and 5pm haircut
20th- 3:30pm haircut
25th- 2pm haircut
26th - 11am and 2pm haircut
March:
4th- 3:30pm color
16th- 3pm haircut
19th- 1:30pm haircut or retouch only
20th -10:30am retouch or haircut, 3:15pm haircut
April :
2nd- 3pm haircut
15th-3:30pm haircut
17th-11:15am haircut
May:
14th -5pm haircut
15th -1:30pm haircut
