This wonderful patient wanted to increase the size of her breasts and make them more symmetric. She underwent augmentation with different size silicone implants placed partially under the muscle. Addition pocket work included lowering her left inframammary fold to better match the right side. She’s thrilled with her results and so am I!

Happy Friday from Dr. Kayastha! This beautiful patient had large, heavy breast that caused back and neck pain. Her goal was to have lighter, lifted breast that still had an attractive, feminine shape. She’s thrilled with the results of her reduction and wishes she had done it sooner! surgery surgery surgery
