Good morning! We’ve returned to colony in the city that we’ve been trapping for a couple of weeks. There are three adults and one kitten left, and we’re hoping to fill our two surgery slots with two of these guys. The fluffy orange guy we need was here when we arrived, but he ran off as we were setting up. Hopefully he’ll come back for a tasty meal and will be able to catch him. We will keep you posted!

Nine years ago we were fortunate enough to trap an entire colony of cats in Anthony all in one day. Over the years, that colony had dwindled to two remaining cats who have been loved and cared for daily. Their caregiver called us yesterday saying that a new cat wanted to join the group, but that he needed to be TNR'd. Knowing that we had one empty surgery appointment that we wouldn't have been able to fill, we told our friend that we could get kitty in for his surgery if she could trap him and bring him to us. With a little instruction, our friend was able to trap the cat and get him to us, and we will take him to the vet tomorrow for his neuter. TEAMWORK saves lives!
