You Don’t Have to Fix Everything at Once

Sometimes we think getting healthy means changing everything overnight — new diet, new routine, waking up at 5AM, gym every day. And when we can’t keep it up, we feel like we failed.

But real life doesn’t work like that. Some weeks are busy. Some days are messy. Some nights you’re just too tired. Health isn’t built in extreme moments — it’s built in ordinary ones. Choosing water over soda. Going to bed 30 minutes earlier. Taking a short walk when your head feels full.

You don’t need a perfect reset. You just need one small decision today that feels better than yesterday. That’s enough.

Establish a Medication Schedule
Work with your doctor, your pharmacist and your healthcare team to develop a medication schedule. This is especially important if you have multiple prescriptions or take medications throughout the day. Ask your pharmacist which medications you can take together. Try to coordinate the medications you take at regular intervals or at certain times during the day. Once you establish a routine, it’s often easier to manage multiple medications. If you accidentally miss a dose, contact your pharmacist to figure out how to get back on track.
