Dan also spent a couple years at Rapp. Not just drinking the beers, but serving them to thirsty patrons as many of you probably remember him behind the bar. His friendly disposition and excellent mopping skills are just some of qualities that helped set the bar for craft beer service in the area. His favorite ground cover is mulch. Arcane means "understood by few, mysterious or secret." To us, it represents the aspect of brewing that historically, and to this day, remains misunderstood and elusive. It's the intersection of vocation and art, and it's the inspiration for all the innovation and collaboration found in the Craft Beer Movement. The reason yeast was once called "God is Good." It's the core of what drives us and brings us together: the calling to solve those mysteries and uncover new flavors. To seek out new life and new civili...oh, sorry, our bad.
