A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step

This year has been one of the worst years I think I have ever experienced. On top of everything already happening in our world, I lost one of my best friends and I wake up today on my birthday waiting for that call or text that will never come through. My life feels shifted and strange but I feel your presence everyday. The one thing I will take away from this post is that I am alive to write it and I made it to 27 years young. I will continue smile and enjoy every bit of life God grants me. Happy birthday to me 🦁 @ Las Vegas, Nevada
