Walking alongside teen moms as they discover their strength, rebuild confidence, and realize their story is still full of purpose.

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of another school year of the SheRises Young Mothers Mentoring Program in partnership with the Annapolis Family Support Center. 🌸

This year, our young moms participated in mentoring sessions focused on:
✨ Emotional wellness
✨ Healthy relationships
✨ Goal setting
✨ Career & college readiness
✨ Building confidence and self-worth
✨ Healthy mindset development
✨ Life planning and leadership skills

This program was delivered in both English and Spanish to ensure moms felt seen, supported, and empowered in the language most comfortable for them.

At SheRises, we believe teen motherhood does not cancel purpose, potential, education, or dreams. These young women showed up week after week committed to building a brighter future for themselves and their children — and we could not be more proud.
