- Customer Service Representative

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This position is designed to teach the basics of insurance to allow future promotion into a more advanced role.

Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Skills
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree
