This Friday marked the completion of our Math Enrichment Workshop Camp🙌📐 From day one, we witnessed not just learning, but discovery. Students explored math in ways that were engaging, hands-on, and full of creativity. 💡🧮 We’re proud of each and every student for their dedication, commitment, and hard work throughout the week. They tackled math with confidence, creativity, and a great attitude. 📐💪 On the final day, students shared with our tutors what they enjoyed most from the games and challenges to the new friendships and the way math finally started to click. 🚀✨ Last week, we kicked off summer with our very first 3D Printing Camp here at TAMIU! 🧠💡
Amazing middle and high school students joined us for a week full of creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning! 🔧🎉
Throughout the week, students:
🔹 Learned how to design their own models using 3D software
🔹 Built their very own 3D printers from scratch 🤯
🔹 Created and printed custom projects 🎨🖨️
🔹 Explored STEM through fun, interactive challenges led by our awesome student engineers 💥

The week wrapped up with incredible presentations where students proudly showcased their creations to their families! 🎤👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💬

We’re so proud of the creativity, teamwork, and innovation we saw future engineers in the making! 💫💻🛠️

To all Laredo High School Students (Incoming Freshman - 9th graders are eligible to apply):

We are happy to announce the summer workshops for 2025.

This workshop is the TAMIU MSEIP-STEM2 Engineering Program: Bioengineering & Life Science on June 16th-20th, 2025. This is a FREE workshop, and all supplies will be provided and sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education Grant.

The goal is to expose students to topics like biomaterials, biomechanics, nanotechnology, microfluids, and biomedical robotics.

This workshop is the TAMIU MSEIP-STEM2 Engineering Program: 3D Design and Printing on June 2nd-6th and July 7th-11th, 2025. This is a FREE workshop, and all supplies will be provided and sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education Grant.

The goal is to expose students to Additive Manufacturing and 3D Design, 3D Modeling, and 3D Printing Techniques.
