OOIDA pushes Congress for full transparency in broker transactions With freight rates hitting historic lows, OOIDA has reached out to Congress, urging lawmakers to tighten transparency regulations with brokers.

In the midst of this terrible times and the pandemic , the hypocrisy of calling our truckers heros and pushing the worst rates is seen every day in the battle for loads and penny pinching with brokers who take advantage of the very truckers they call heroes; they need to be held accountable!! Hope this paves the way for legislation that regulates how freight brokers operate 💪🏼
