Where do I even begin? God truly blessed this center with some of the most hardworking, loving, patient, dedicated, and selfless women anyone could ever ask for. Every single day, you all walk through those doors and give your hearts completely to our children. From wiping tears, teaching little minds, giving hugs, fixing boo-boos, keeping our babies safe, healthy, and happy, to creating a learning environment full of love and structure… you all do it ALL. And you do it with grace, strength, and so much heart.
People will never fully understand the amount of work, patience, sacrifice, and love it takes to do what childcare teachers do every single day. It takes a very special person to care for children the way you all do. The long days, the busy mornings, the lesson plans, the cleaning, the dancing, the teaching, the comforting, the laughing, and even the stressful moments… you all still continue to show up and go above and beyond for our students and families.
Little Hearts is not just a daycare. It is a family, a safe place, a second home, and that is because of YOU. Our children are learning, growing, thriving, and reaching milestones because of the love and dedication you pour into them daily. Watching the bonds you create with the children is something truly beautiful and something that can never be replaced.
Thank you for loving these children as if they were your own. Thank you for believing in our vision. Thank you for standing by Little Hearts through every season. Thank you for the sacrifices you make that no one sees. And thank you for helping us continue to build something so special for our community.
I know I can be extra sometimes 😂, but today I want the world to know that I truly have THE BEST staff. Not just good… THE BEST. I appreciate you all more than words could ever explain, and Little Hearts would not be what it is today without each and every one of you.
