I want to invite everyone across Laredo and Webb County to come out and support the 5K Walk & Run Health Fair in support of Multiple Sclerosis Awareness on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Independence Hill Park.

Events like this do more than promote health and wellness. They bring awareness to conditions that affect so many families and remind those battling Multiple Sclerosis that they are not alone. Every step taken that morning is a step toward greater awareness, compassion, and support for those living with MS.

Whether you are running, walking, volunteering, or simply showing up to cheer participants on, your presence will make a difference. I encourage everyone to wear orange for MS awareness and help spread the message of strength, courage, love, and hope.
